Read the latest on the incompetence of government bureaucrats in Wisconsin.  Summary: government worker practicing law in Wisconsin is too incompetent to pass a simple bar exam that all private lawyers have already done.

Also, the article explains that the pathetic governor, Jim Doyle, who has allowed unemployment to soar and created untold losses of wealth in Wisconsin, is now hoarding large amounts of extortion cash from special interest groups as he makes his exit from Wisconsin politics.  I no longer wonder where all the money in Wisconsin has been going all this time.

Read the full story of government incompetence and theft.

With Doyle out of the races for governor in the next race, Wisconsin will get the spectacular choice between a hard-headed incompetent Republican bureaucratic idiot and a much-the-same incompetent Democrat thief.  Your choice is limited to two morons in Wisconsin politics!  Fortunately, there is a better way.

Wisconsin has a terrible set of Congress critters.  Five of them were recently found guilty of voting to enslave children, elderly, and poor individuals to a decreased standard of living because of the inflation necessary to pay for the bailouts AND bonuses they authorized to AIG employees.  In the photo above, you see those that were forced to pay for AIG bailouts and bonuses setting up home outside of AIG headquarters because the inflation of the money supply has destroyed their savings and they can no longer afford shelter.  This is a sad truth of what is coming around the corner due five guilty Congress members in Wisconsin.

Wisconsin Congress Members Found Guilty Of Voting Yes To Authorize AIG Bonuses:

  1. Tammy Baldwin
  2. Ronald Kind
  3. Gwen Moore
  4. Steve Kagen
  5. David Obey

All five voted to make the children, elderly, and the poor of Wisconsin economic slaves to AIG by not giving them an option to to opt-out of the requirement to give a portion of their current and future incomes to AIG employees.  These individuals also were not given an option to opt-out of the increase in prices of food and shelter that will soon occur because of the increased printing of U.S. dollars out of thin air they authorized to pay for the AIG bonuses and bailout.  I’m sorry.  Why do these criminals in Congress vote yes to print bailout money out of thin air which destroys the value of current money saved and raises food and shelter costs for everyone?

I wonder if Ron Kind is going to give back all that money AIG gave him in 2008?  I bet that money they slid him was a good reason for him to approve all those AIG bonuses!

AIG employees under their bad breath are thanking Wisconsin Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin that she voted to pull money out of the hands of Wisconsin workers, children and elderly to reward AIG for its excessive greed and corruption.  Thanks to Tammy Baldwin, AIG employees will get $165 million dollars in fun money for their hard work in keeping the company’s corrupt business going.  The bonuses likely would not have been paid out if there had been no bailout approved by Tammy Baldwin.  No bailout = No bonuses.  Simple math really.  Anyways, $165 million to have some fun in the sun!  Woo-hoo!  I need to start applying for jobs at companies that Tammy Baldwin is taking cash from the elderly in Wisconsin to bail out.  I wanna get my hands on some of that free cash!  It’s all free money!  Free, free, free!!!  I’ll have to get a list from her of her future bailouts using Wisconsin cash.

Other grateful recipients of Wisconsin cash thanks to Tammy Baldwin are Germany’s Deutsche Bank ($11.8 billion) and Britain’s Barclays PLC ($8.5 billion) for money which they received through AIG and hence through Wisconsin’s workers, children and elderly.  Tammy Baldwin apparently has gone international!  You go girl!

Associated Press:  “Taxpayers unlikely to be fully repaid in AIG mess”

2010 is right around the corner and time to replace the local Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin.  I mean, how much cash do you have?  Another vote for Tammy Baldwin is like you taking your wallet to the Mississippi river and opening it wide and watching your hard-earned money catch a fast-flowing current to another state.

Well, thank the Norse god Odin that he has provided a replacement for the terribly corrupt international bankster puppet—Tammy Baldwin.  Again, since discovering Dr. Tim Nerenz, I have been extremely happy.  I was expecting some goofball like Peter Theron to run against Tammy Baldwin again.  No ma’am.  We have ourselves a PhD with an excellent handle on economics.  Guess what his prescription for economic recovery is?  No it’s not robbing Wisconsin’s workers, children or elderly and handing their money to criminals in New York—Tammy Baldwin’s prescription.  Check his prescription out for yourself.

Predatory legislator, Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis), of the 2nd Congressional District of Wisconsin, is an example of high-powered finance capital funding a puppet politician in order to benefit themselves economically at the expense of the public.  In the last campaign, Tammy Baldwin ran against Peter Theron.  In that race, Baldwin received 277,914 votes (69%) and Theron received 122,513 votes (31%).  This was a close race in terms of votes, but NOT in terms of dollars.  Apparently, organizations and individuals that have a stake in plundering the public have such a high pay-off from it, that they are willing to pay Tammy Baldwin a LOT of money to do so.  As we know, Baldwin recently voted to enslave the next generation with an additional $1,000,000,000,000 in debt payments which apparently brought money into the hands of the politically-connected in the nation.  The cost breakdown to keep Tammy Baldwin voting “yes” to predatory legislation like this breaks down as follows:

corruptiondollars

Tammy Baldwin:

Campaign contribution totals:  $1,471,218

Number of votes:  277,914

Dollars per vote:  $5.30

Now compare how Tammy’s competitor achieved votes from the public despite NOT raising money from the politically-connected:

Peter Theron:

Campaign contribution totals:  $27,430

Number of votes:  122,513

Dollars per vote:  $0.22

The results are mind-numbing when you begin to realize that Tammy Baldwin has donors willing to spend $5.30 per vote to keep her in office and keep the public’s money flowing to them through Tammy’s voting to enslave the public with massive debt to fund corporate welfare payments.  Peter Theron represented the politically un-connected and was a populist candidate since he obtained votes by obtaining a mere $0.22 per vote and still was approved by 31% of the voting population.  Theron apparently appealed to individuals that are sick and tired of Baldwin and her predatory legislation and so voted for Theron as a protest vote or truly liked Theron’s agenda.

Luckily, in 2010, there will be a candidate from the Libertarian Party, Tim Nerenz, who will be advocating for individuals and not special interest groups like Baldwin does.  Tim Nerenz appears to be a moral individual who cares about future generations and doesn’t want to enslave them to debt payments that they never agreed to.  Tim appears to be an individual that doesn’t want to feed the politically-connected like Tammy Baldwin does.

I do like that Tammy Baldwin has defended the social liberties of individuals in the Madison area, however; individuals who want all that and respect for the human right to freedom from unwanted debt should start looking at Tim Nerenz to represent you in 2010.

Luckily, given the overwhelming results of candidates running against Baldwin in terms of dollar-per-vote statistics, overthrowing the tyrant Tammy Baldwin won’t require much money—just individuals’ passion for BOTH social liberty AND economic liberty.

American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009

tammy-baldwin-votes-yes-for-economic-slavery

One of Wisconsin’s economic slavery advocates, Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis), again voted to enslave the next generation of individuals—this time piling on an additional $1,000,000,000,000 debt load.  The U.S. federal government is financially bankrupt, and Tammy Baldwin is morally bankrupt.  Coincidentally, the two go hand-in-hand.  Check the list above for the other “representatives” that gave the nod to economic slavery (voted Y).  I wish I had the power like these tyrants do to spend other people’s money and enslave a whole generation of individuals.  Wouldn’t that power be great?  Well, ask your representative how it feels.  Tammy Baldwin would know about it.

If you are sick and tired of corporate welfare schemes and the companies that suck on the teats of the bloated and bankrupt U.S. federal government at your tax expense and then plan extravagant vacations and goodies for their employees, then now could not be a better time to unleash your anger—if you have an Associated Bank account!  Associated Bank sucked 1/2 billion dollars off the federal government’s teat by making taxpayers fund the entire loan.  Then they decided they needed to award 100 of their employees to an extravagant vacation in Puerto Rico.  Here’s a description of the lavish plans that were uncovered by Daniel Bice at the Journal Sentinel:

The high-performers at the Green Bay-based bank [Associated Bank] were scheduled to leave Wednesday and fly to the El Conquistador Resort & Golden Door Spa, returning Feb. 22. The resort includes a 100-acre private island; 18-hole golf course, complete with waterfall; private marina; Parisian day spa; children’s water park; and 10,000-square-foot Caribbean casino.

Yeah, it’s time to close your bank account with this company and open an account with an ethical bank.  Here’s how:

1.  Search the web or ask friends for a local bank that has not taken TARP/tax money (most local banks have not, except Associated Bank).

2.  Gather your driver’s license and some cash to start your new account (about $25).

3.  Drive to your new bank after finding directions, enter building and ask to see a bank associate to open a new account (say it with a smile!).

4.  The bank associate will ask why you want to open an account with them.  Tell them how angry you are at Associated Bank taking advantage of taxpayers (and that you are so glad your new bank has not!).

5.  Allow 1/2 hour for creating your new bank account.  Your driver’s license is the main document needed for this process.  You will need the $25 cash you brought to put into your new account and get it funded.  You should be all set up and ready to go!

6. I recommend that you don’t close your Associated Bank account until all your check and debit purchase activities clear that old account.  You will likely want to wait until after your next paycheck gets deposited into your new bank account.

Please share your stories of happiness at closing your Associated Bank account.  I’ve already closed mine!!!

I recently commented that it appears that individuals in Dane County in Wisconsin have a more open system for looking over government records than do individuals in Maricopa County in Arizona.  It turns out I had spoken prematurely.  I did not realize the extent to which government workers, such as Kathleen Falk and Joe Norwick, in Dane County tried to cover up their own incompetency and failure and that amongst other government workers and in so doing consequently showed the corruption of Dane County government workers.  By corruption I mean secrecy.  The Isthmus’ recent article “Dane County 911 Center faces the future“, explains that in the Brittany Zimmermann case, where the government 911 center allowed this individual to be murdered after she called the center pleading for help, the government center “refused to acknowledge the call or mistakes until it was reported by Isthmus“.  So much for trusting so-called public servants.  However, I already exposed the myth of public servants here.  Kathleen Falk still continues to hide under a cloak of secrecy even now.  It appears that the blunders of this central planner are numerous.  The Isthmus asked this taxpayer-funded worker why she had not conducted the required yearly performance evaluation of then government 911 center director, Joe Norwick.  Apparently, Kathleen Falk lied or truly did not know but in any case said that Norwick had not been a director for a full year.  The Isthmus discovered that in fact Joe Norwick had been employed for over a year.  Why did Falk give the Isthmus false information?  Not satisfied, the Isthmus demanded to see all the performance evaluations of center directors that were given by Kathleen Falk.  Only upon noticing the relentless actions of the Isthmus, Falk’s spokesman, Josh Wescott, finally admitted that Kathleen Falk had in fact NOT conducted a single performance evaluation of a government 911 center director for over 5 years.  That’s 60 months.  That’s 1,825 days that had gone by.  Kathleen Falk thought that despite the fact that government 911 center directors are required to have an evaluation at least once every 365 days, 1,825 days should go by without any evaluation.  Kathleen Falk is the prime example of the failure of government central planners.  The government 911 center has no competitors because government planners have not allowed them to come into existence.  The result of government-imposed monopolies is always a relaxing of business standards.  The result of government-imposed monopolies like the 911 center is a decrease in productivity.  The result of government-imposed monopolies is always secrecy.  The result of government-imposed monopolies is always incompetence.  The result of the Dane County government monopoly on emergency dispatch services is that government workers allowed Brittany Zimmermann and Mark Gregory Johnson to be murdered.  Government workers were not there in that moment of brutality and aggression imposed upon these individuals by someone else.  An open market for emergency dispatch services would never have allowed this government monopoly to exist.  So long as politicians attack private individuals and not allow them to create competitive emergency dispatch service centers, we will continue to get more of the same incompetence, corruption and secrecy by government workers like Kathleen Falk but at higher and higher costs to taxpayers.  Why at higher and higher costs?  Because when government planning fails, government workers say it was the fact that they didn’t have enough money to carry out their duties.  The reality is that they had enough money but they didn’t have any competition which would have sharpened their talents and made them more productive and skilled at a decreasing cost to their customers.  If you’re planning on moving to Madison, WI you may want to think twice about the fact that the government here has a monopoly on emergency dispatch services and the lack of help you would receive in an emergency may mean severe consequences for your safety and life.

I thought these excellent words of wisdom from Ludwig von Mises in his book, Human Action: A Treatise on Economics, were never more appropriate as regards tax-paying individuals and feeble minded government workers at the federal level that continue to bailout, subsidize, and give welfare handouts to prop up some of the biggest business failures in American history.

The gullible masses who cannot see beyond the immediate range of their physical eyes are enraptured by the marvelous accomplishments of their rulers. They fail to see that they themselves foot the bill and must consequently renounce many satisfactions which they would have enjoyed if the government had spent less for unprofitable projects. They have not the imagination to think of the possibilities that the government has not allowed to come into existence.

These enthusiasts are still more bewildered if the government’s interference enables submarginal producers to continue producing [p. 660] and to stand the competition of more efficient plants, shops, or farms. Here, they say, it is obvious that total production is increased and something is added to the wealth that would not have been produced without the assistance of the authorities. What happens in fact is just the opposite; the magnitude of total production and of total wealth is curtailed. Outfits producing at higher costs are brought into existence or preserved while other outfits producing at lower costs are forced to curtail or to discontinue their production. The consumers are not getting more, but less.
